The USC Salk Indians men’s and women’s basketball teams’ fundraiser tournament will be at Dogwood Hills Golf course in Walterboro on June 1, 2019. Registration 8:30 a.m. 4 Man Captains Choice. $50 per golfer.

Join us for a great time celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Moon Landing.

The Colleton County Arts Council is hosting their annual golf tournament on April 12, 2019 at 9AM. Funds raised will support programs offered to the community by the CCAC. Includes: Golf, Great Prizes, Lottery Prize Drawings, Long Drive, 2 Drinks per player, Cookout with Hamburgers and Hot Dogs. A great way to support your community and have fun! Cost is $50/player. Dr. Eran Kilpatrick, a biology professor at USC Salkehatchie, will lead a walk on Saturday May 4, 2019 at 9 a.m. in the Walterboro Wildlife Sanctuary. This walk will start at the Detreville Street Entrance, 399 Detreville Street. Kilpatrick will point out birds as well as other interesting flora and fauna of the sanctuary.

It takes teamwork to fight cancer. Join us, and together, we'll attack cancer in our community and, eventually, defeat our biggest rival.

The Colleton Civic Center celebrates Black Music Month with soul music from the 60’s and 70’s featuring Summerville’s Mo’ Soul Cabaret. Stay tuned for details!

Vegetable plants and flowers for sale. All plants are grown by the agriculture students.

This fun talk from Charleston Fossil Adventures (CFA) is about all of our Lowcountry animals from the Ice Age mammals to the marine critters, including Otodus megalodon. After the talk CFA will have a Dig-Your-Own fossil bin for the kids and adults to dig through and unearth fun fossils that they can take home!
