2021 Meeting Schedule

Walterboro City Council

Walterboro City Council meets on the first Tuesday of each month January through December.  Meetings are currently being held via Zoom meeting at 6:00 pm because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.  Under normal circumstances, meetings are held at City Hall, 242 Hampton Street, Walterboro, South Carolina.  

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, all Court for Walterboro Municipal Court has been Canceled until further notice.

City Hall offices will be closed Monday, January 18, 2021, in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.  residential garbage will not be picked up.  For assistance, please contact the Police Department (843-782-1030).  City Staff wishes you a Safe and Happy Holiday.

Walterboro City Council

The July 7, 2020 Regular City Council Meeting will be held at 6:00 PM.  Due to the COVID-19 public health crisis, and to prevent the gathering of more than three (3) persons in which social distancing measures cannot be reliably observed, this meeting will be held via publicly accessible virtual video conferencing.
